Frequently asked questions.

How will I know if we are a good therapeutic fit?

Therapeutic rapport is key for your success in therapy. For new clients, I offer a free 15-minute consultation call. This call gives you the opportunity to determine if my therapy style will fit your treatment goals and personal needs.

How long are sessions?

Therapy sessions are usually 45-50-minutes in duration, and held on a virtual platform.

How often will we meet?

At the beginning of therapy, I recommend meeting on a weekly basis. This will help us hit the ground running, and foster an environment for positive changes. Once you start to progress in your therapy journey, we can switch to bi-weekly or monthly sessions, as needed.

Do you offer in-person or virtual therapy sessions?

At this time, I am only conducting sessions on a virtual platform, such as Zoom. I am licensed in New York and New Jersey, and would be able to provide psychotherapy services to you, if you reside in either of those states.

What are your fees?

I am private pay, and fees are $250 for individual therapy, and $275 for couple’s therapy. I can provide a superbill for out-of-network clients and help with reimbursement. Please reach out with any questions, I'm happy to work with you to keep therapy affordable with a sliding scale.

I accept the following payment methods: ACH Bank transfer, American Express, Discover, Health Savings Account (HSA), Mastercard, PayPal, Venmo, Visa, Zelle
